杨明明
1.基本信息
杨明明,男,1984年6月生,河北沧州人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2011年毕业于南京农业大学,获农学博士学位。2009-2013年在美国华盛顿州立大学访问学习。2014年进入西北农林科技大学农学院从事教学科研工作。2018-2020年在美国克莱姆森大学访问学习。
2.研究方向
小麦产量和抗逆相关基因的克隆和功能研究,小麦和微生物互作。
3.开设课程
《微生物学》、《植物基因组和蛋白质组学》和《生物安全专题》等。
4.科研项目与学术成果
主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然基金、中国博士后基金、作物学国家重点实验开放课题、西北农林科技大学博士科研启动基金和基本科研业务费科技创新专项等,参加国家现代农业体系“杨凌小麦综合试验站”。获陕西省科学技术一等奖(排名第五),参与多个国审和省审小麦品种选育。在《Functional & Integrative Genomics》、《Phytopathology》、《Plant Disease》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
