安丽君
一、基本信息
安丽君,女,汉族,1981年8月出生,副教授,硕士生导师。
2003年毕业于北京林业大学,获农学学士位;
2008年毕业于中国农业大学,获农学博士学位。
二、工作经历
2009至2012年在浙江大学从事博士后研究;
2011,2016-2017年先后赴美国密歇根大学(University of Michigan)进行交流访问;
2012年3月加入到西北农林科技大学生命科学学院工作。
三、承担课程
承担本科生《遗传学》,《遗传学实验》及研究生《植物分子生物学研究进展》,《分子遗传学》等课程。
四、荣誉获奖
作为主要参加人参与的“植物激素调控表皮毛和根毛形成的分子机理研究”项目获得2019年浙江省自然科学二等奖。
五、科学研究
1.研究方向
(1)植物表皮细胞分化、发育的分子机制:以拟南芥为材料,研究激素信号与植物自身生长发育信号的整合调控植物表皮毛和根毛细胞分化及发育的分子机制。
(2)重要农艺性状相关基因功能研究:以拟南芥为材料,筛选与重要农艺性状相关的突变体,研究相关的关键基因在调控植物生长发育中的作用。
