一、学习及工作经历

二、主要研究方向

主要从事土壤微生物生态学研究,通过生态系统生态学、地统计学、气候变化科学等多学科手段,结合野外调查取样、原位实验和温室控制实验,运用高通量测序微生物组学技术,研究自然和人工生态系统土壤微生物群落构建和演替及其参与的养分循环,为预测不同生态系统土壤微生物的空间分布和响应环境变化提供依据。

三、主要研究成果及发表论文

探究了农田土壤微生物多样性模式及其参与的养分循环,提出群落构建过程调节土壤微生物共存的新理论,揭示了退耕还林过程土壤表层及深层微生物的构建模式及其对土壤养分循环的贡献,解析了长期石油污染土壤的微生物地理格局和演替模式,探索了丰富和稀有微生物生态地位。相关成果发表在The ISME Journal(IF="9.18)、Microbiome(IF=11.61)、Global Change Biology(IF="8.56)、mSystems(IF=6.63)、Molecular Ecology(IF="5.16)和Journal of Applied Ecology(IF=5.84)等期刊。
