刘淑媛

基本信息

刘淑媛,1988年12月生,山西太原人,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2017年毕业于华中农业大学茶学专业,获农学博士学位;2018年1月进入西北农林科技大学园艺学院工作至今。

教学与科学研究

承担本科生《茶叶生物化学》、《茶叶综合利用》、《试验设计与分析》、《茶艺》、《茶学概论》、《科技市场调查实习》、《毕业综合实习》,研究生《高级生物化学》等课程。

主要从事茶叶功能成分测定与活性分析、茶树与病原微生物互作、茶树抵御病害分子机制等研究。
