刘汉强
1. 基本信息
刘汉强,男,博士,1988 年 2 月生,陕西延安人。现任西北农林科技大学园艺学院讲师,硕士生导师。主要研究领域集中在黄瓜与甜瓜分子遗传学、功能基因组学与精准育种技术,包括正向遗传学定位、基因组图谱构建、基因编辑与标记辅助选择育种等。团队成果落地转化性强,兼具理论深度与实践价值。
2. 研究方向
焦于黄瓜、甜瓜等蔬菜作物的重要性状解析与分子设计育种,目标是解决产业发展中的关键科学问题,并培养具备前沿视野与实践能力的青年科研人才。主要方向包括:
(1)功能基因组与性状定位:通过多组学(基因组、转录组、代谢组)技术结合图位克隆技术,快速定位、克隆黄瓜/甜瓜抗病、果色、果形、株形等重要农艺性状调控基因;
(2)基因功能解析:利用 CRISPR/Cas9 基因编辑、超表达、RNAi 等技术,验证关键基因功能,解析蔬菜重要农艺性状形成的分子机理;
(3)种质创新与育种应用:收集优异黄瓜 / 甜瓜种质资源,创制突变体材料,将基因定位成果转化为分子标记,建立高效分子标记辅助选择育种体系,培育优质、抗逆的瓜类新品种;
